Today was pretty much a repeat of the 19th July run. It was about 14.5km. We ran along the Adanac bike route from Eileen Dailly to Campbell Ave. We went north to Powell and turned east. We headed back the usual way along Wall St. and the trail.
We've been talking about doing a bike ride one Sunday instead of a run. I'll try to post the details when I know them.
